President And Chief Executive Officer

Charles E. Page, B.Sc., M.Sc., P.Geo.
Mr. Page is a professional geoscientist who has been a director of the Company since 1990 and President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1996. From 1990 to April 1996 Mr. Page was Executive Vice President of the Company. He has been practicing his profession for over 30 years and is credited as part of the discovery team of six gold deposits. Mr. Page has served as a senior officer and/or director of several other junior mining companies and since joining Queenston in 1990 he has guided the Company’s strategy and exploration in the Kirkland Lake gold camp. He is also currently a director of Alexandria Minerals Corporation and Unigold Inc.

Chief Operating Officer

Philip Ng, B.Eng., M.Eng., P.Eng.
Mr. Ng is a professional engineer who joined the Company in January 2012. Mr. Ng obtained his Masters of Engineering Degree in Mining Engineering from McGill University. He has worked for INCO at the Coleman-McCreedy East Mine in Sudbury, Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Company in Manitoba, and Claude Resources in Saskatchewan where he held senior positions in engineering and operations. Mr. Ng brings over nineteen years of senior mining experience to Queenston.

Chief Financial Officer

John A. Francis, B.A., C.A.
Mr. Francis is a Chartered Accountant who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (4 years Economics) degree from the University of Toronto. He has over 30 years of financial management experience with public mining companies including, among others Jaguar Nickel, Vencan Gold, Consolidated Durham Mines, Dominion Explorers O’Brien Resources and Duluth Metals Limited. He earned his C.A. with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCooper LLP).

VP Exploration

William Mcguinty, B.Sc., P.Geo.
Mr McGuinty has worked in Canada and internationally for Canadian junior mineral exploration companies since 1981, holding positions as project geologist, exploration manager and Vice president Exploration. He is president of OTD Exploration Inc. a consulting firm and is a director of Soltoro Ltd. and Gossan Resources Ltd.

Corporate Secretary

Jennifer S. McGuinty
Mrs. McGuinty has worked with the junior mining exploration industry for over 15 years, including as Corporate Secretary for Homeland Uranium Inc. and President of Grove Communications Inc., where she assisted clients with press and regulatory filings as well as in preparing for shareholders meetings and conferences.
