Western Copper and Gold Corporation
Queenston holds 25,000 shares of Western Copper and Gold Corporation
(formerly Western Copper Corporation) who is advancing its billion-tonne
Casino Deposit located in the Yukon Territory On October 17th, 2011 Western
Copper spun out some of its assets into two new companies (Copper North
Mining Corporation and Northisle Copper & Gold Inc) from which Queenston
received 12,500 shares in each of the new company and retained 25,000 shares
in Western Copper and Gold Corporation.

Thundermin
Resources Inc.
Queenston owns 1,614,404 shares of Thundermin Resources Inc. Thundermin
holds varying interests in gold and base metal projects in Manitoba,
Ontario, Quebec and Newfoundland. Thundermin’s key project is the Little
Deer copper project in Newfoundland.

Queenston owns 600.000 shares of Newstrike Resources Ltd.
Newstrike’s primary project is a 50%-50% joint venture with Queenston on the

North was spun out from Western Copper Corporation in October 2011,

in the Yukon.
