 J. M. Arnold - B.A., C.A.
Mr. Arnold is a financial expert whose experience with numerous public and private companies includes the forestry, mining, technology and energy sectors. He has been a Director of Queenston since 1990 and from 1996 to 2006 was Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is also a Director of Thundermin Resources Inc., Newport Gold Inc. and Geo Finance Corporation.

E. Bartliff
Mr. Bartliff is the President & CEO of CEB Consultants, a financial advisory
service company and has held such position since March 2000. Prior thereto,
from 1984 to 2000 Mr. Bartliff was Senior Vice President with the Bank of
Montreal and from October 2001 to April 2003 was a consultant of Lincluden
Management, a money management company. He has been a director of Queenston
since 2004.

J. H. Brown - B.Sc., MBA, P.Eng., CFA. (CHAIRMAN)
Mr. Brown assumed the role of Chairman of the Board in January 2012, he
has been a director of the company since 2002. Mr. Brown is the
President of Capital Markets Advisory, a financial and capital markets
advisory service for mining companies, and has held such position since
October 2001. Prior thereto, from March 2000 to October 2001 Mr. Brown
was the Vice-Chairman, and from April 1998 to February 2000 Mr. Brown
was the President and CEO of Macquarie North America Ltd., a mining
corporate finance and advisory services company. He is also a director
of Crystallex International Corporation, Afri-Can Marine Minerals
Exploration and Canary Resources Inc.

D. Harbinson - B.A.
Mr. Harbinson is a mining executive, with extensive experience in the
natural resource sector, having served as a director and/or senior
officer with several dozen public corporations since 1979. He has been a
director since 1990 and served as Chairman from 1990 to 2011. He is also
a Director of Thundermin Resources Inc.

F. Merringer - B.A., L.L.B.
Mr. Merringer is a retired partner of the law firm Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. He has been a Director of the Company since 1990. He is also a Director of Buchans Minerals Corporation..

E. Page - B.Sc., M.Sc., P.Geo.
Mr. Page is a professional geoscientist who has been a director of the Company since 1990 and President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1996. From 1990 to April 1996 Mr. Page was Executive Vice President of the Company. He has been practicing his profession for over 30 years and is credited as part of the discovery team of six gold deposits. Mr. Page has served as a senior officer and/or director of several other junior mining companies and since joining Queenston in 1990 he has guided the Company’s strategy and exploration in the Kirkland Lake gold camp. He is also currently a director of Alexandria Minerals Corporation and Unigold
Inc.

D. Simmons - B.Sc., P. Eng.
Mr. Simmons has worked in the mining industry for more than 35 years, most recently as a regional vice president with Teck Corporation. His career has included oversight of exploration, advanced development projects and mine geology programs. Mr. Simmons has worked with several major mining companies and has served as CEO and/or director of a number of junior mining companies. He has authored several papers on mineral exploration is credited with several important discoveries including the former Winston Lake zinc mine in northwestern Ontario. Mr. Simmons retired from Teck Corporation in December of 2000 and has acted as an independent mining consultant since then. He has been a director of Queenston since 2004. He is also a director of Duluth Metals Limited.
